Notes:

• We can arrange additional services upon request before your arrival.
• Towels, bed linen, and tablecloths are provided. Towels are changed daily, while linen is changed every 3 to 4 days.
• The minimum stay is typically seven days, but exceptions can be made depending on the season.
• Short stays are possible upon request at any time. Please inquire about availability and the minimum number of nights.
• Check-in time is at 5 pm, and check-out time is at 10 am.
• Having a car is necessary for convenient transportation during your stay.
• A refundable security deposit of €1200 in cash is required and will be returned to your account three days after departure.

Booking Notes:

• When booking, a 30% deposit is required, and the final balance is due eight weeks before your arrival date.
• Cancellation policy: We will refund your advance payment if you cancel your booking at least eight weeks before your arrival. However, if you cancel within eight weeks of your arrival, the advance payment and any other payments will not be refunded.
• All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
• The agreed rental fee must be paid in full, even if the property is used by fewer people than initially indicated during the booking or if your party uses the property for less duration indicated in the booking.
• By confirming your booking and making the advance payment, you explicitly acknowledge that you are familiar with and accept the general terms and conditions.
• If you are renting as a company, the tourist tax is not included in the price.
• The property is categorized and registered as a villa named OPG Olga.
