Guest Information
Pets
Your four-legged family members are welcome upon prior arrangement. A surcharge of €20 per day per pet applies.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas.
Events & Special Occasions
Events and special occasions may be hosted subject to prior arrangement and approval.
An additional fee applies to events, depending on the type of event and the number of guests. Please let us know about your plans in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements and help create a memorable experience.
Accessibility
The villa is wheelchair accessible and suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Your Comfort During Your Stay
Additional services can be arranged upon request prior to your arrival. Our aim is to provide you with a comfortable and carefree stay tailored to your wishes and needs.
Towels, bed linen and table linen are provided throughout your stay.
Minimum Stay
The minimum stay is generally 7 nights. Exceptions may be possible depending on the season and availability.
Shorter stays may be available upon request at any time. Please contact us for current availability and the applicable minimum number of nights.

Whenever possible, we kindly ask guests to provide us with an estimated arrival time in advance so that we can arrange a smooth and welcoming arrival.
Getting Around
Due to the location of the villa and for your convenience during your stay, a car is strongly recommended and considered essential.
Having your own vehicle will allow you to explore the surrounding area with ease and enjoy greater freedom and comfort throughout your stay.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €2,000 is required upon arrival.
The deposit may be paid in cash or by bank transfer to the property’s designated holding account.
Following the completion of your stay and an inspection of the property, the security deposit will be returned to your bank account within 3 days of departure, provided that no damage or additional charges have occurred.
Booking Conditions
A 30% deposit of the total rental price is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 12 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Advance Bookings
For reservations made 6 months or more prior to the scheduled arrival date, special booking and payment conditions may apply.
In such cases, guests will be informed of the applicable special conditions in advance and prior to confirmation of the reservation.
Due to the cancellation terms, we strongly recommend taking out private travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against potential unforeseen costs in the event that you need to cancel your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is cancelled at least 12 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit paid will be refunded.
If a reservation is cancelled within 12 weeks of the scheduled arrival date, the deposit and any other payments already made are non-refundable.
We kindly ask guests to carefully review the cancellation policy before confirming their reservation.
Bank Charges
All costs and fees associated with bank transfers are the responsibility of the guest.
Changes in Guest Numbers or Shortened Stays
The agreed rental price must be paid in full regardless of whether the property is occupied by fewer guests than originally stated at the time of booking.
The same applies if guests choose to use the property for a shorter period than the dates stated in the confirmed reservation. In such cases, no reduction or refund of the agreed rental price will be granted.
By confirming the reservation and paying the deposit, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the above booking and cancellation conditions.
Property Registration
The property is officially categorized and registered as a villa under the name OPG Olga.
